Docket Management

Process patent applications, trademark registrations & more.

Docket Management organizes your IP portfolio into cases to manage all legal events and data associated with individual assets. Every event within a case (e.g., registration, litigation, licensing agreement) is tracked with a docket to ensure thorough and accurate maintenance of your portfolio and workflow control.

Common tasks you can perform in Docket Management:

• Inventory and organize patents, trademarks, domain names, copyrights, and trade secrets;
• Initiate and maintain registrations/renewals with IP organizations (USPTO, WIPO, EPO, ICANN, etc.);
• Manage licensee/licensor agreements and associated royalties/costs;
• Track IP-related litigation and resulting settlements;
• Maintain partner and inventor contributions.
