IPM version 1.0 implementation for VIP

The VIP implementation project for IPM version 1.0 is a three- to four-month engagement. Factors affecting project duration include portfolio size, complexity of IP business processes, and the IP management organizational structure. As a participant in the VIP program, you will be afforded the following rewards:

No software costs for IPM version 1.0
Linx/AS IPM consulting services at a reduced rate
Training and knowledge transfer at no additional cost

Partners who continue to participate in the program following the initial implementation will also be eligible for a discount on the release of IPM version 2.0.

VIP Project Scope

During project blue printing, the client team and Linx/AS conduct an IP process evaluation, identifying where standard IPM satisfies requirements and where functionality needs to be enhanced to meet customer requirements. The enhancements are then deemed either proprietary to the customer or available for inclusion in VIP Best Practices for the SAP IVN solution.
